VidiPOS

VidiPOS is the POS system (TSE-compliant till) for restaurants, bars and clubs, cafés, beer gardens, food trucks, event venues and catering – part of the VidiReserve platform. The till app runs on Android and iOS devices, on tablets and phones; the browser back office is the same as VidiReserve’s, so reservations are already at the table. Every transaction is signed via the fiskaly cloud TSE – no hardware TSE needed. DSFinV-K export, cash register notification under § 146a AO, DATEV export and an offline mode for internet outages are built in. Payment by cash or card via SumUp Solo or Stripe Smart Reader. Billed per till, not per device.

No. VidiPOS uses the fiskaly cloud TSE – no USB stick and no hardware TSE. Cloud TSE, fiscalisation & digital receipt cost €199 net per till and year.
You keep ordering and take cash at the till’s main device; the receipt printer on the local network keeps printing. Receipts carry an outage note, and once the connection is back VidiPOS syncs everything automatically.
No, you pay per till – i.e. per business or location with its own TSE. VidiPOS Gastro and Bar include three devices, each additional one costs €19.90 net per month; the counter till has one device.
A tablet or phone (Android 8.0+, iOS/iPadOS 16+), a network receipt printer with ESC/POS and, for card payments, a SumUp Solo or Stripe Smart Reader. Hardware is not included in the price.
VidiPOS compiles the details required under § 146a (4) AO from your master data; you then notify the tax office yourself free of charge via Mein ELSTER. Submission by VidiPOS is available on request.
VidiPOS is part of the VidiReserve platform: the back office is the same, and reservations from VidiReserve are already at the table.
